Pricing
3 hour staffed sauna session at your venue - £300 + delivery (includes 2 hour setup time prior to sessions, additional time +£25/hour)
24 hour unstaffed hire - £300 + delivery
Weekend unstaffed hire - £500 + delivery
Cold dip tubs - £10 per tub for hire period (up to 6 available)
Delivery - Price on application, usually £1.50 per mile from Talybont on Usk, Wales. Max distance usually ~50 miles.
We also have a beautiful 4m x 4m canvas canopy and firepits/changing room gazebos available for hire.

Important Info / T’s and C’s
We will supply firewood, kindling and firelighters. Eucalyptus sauna oil for the steam. 3-Pin cable for sauna LED lighting and 30m hose (if required for cold dip tubs).
4x4 delivery available - please let us know if this is needed.
Access needs to be at least 2.3m wide and 3.6m high, the sauna trailer takes 6m x 2.1m of floor space.
We have user guides and our waiver must be read and agreed by all sauna users.
If we are running the sauna for you (staffed hire), our insurance covers the sauna and Public Liability. If the sauna is left with you (unstaffed hire), our Public Liability is included but NOT cover for the sauna itself. You as the hirer are liable for any damage to the sauna. If you wish to take out insurance to cover this we can provide details of our insurer,
Fee payable in full to secure booking. Refunds in full 1 month from event date, 90% refund 4-3 weeks from date, 60% refund 2-1 week. No refund less than 1 week from date unless due to extreme weather alert (orange or red level).
